  • Order details you enter at checkout: email address, full name, street address, city, postal code and country.
  • The products, variants, quantities and prices of your order.
  • Technical information your browser sends with every request, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested.
  • We do not collect payment card details. We do not offer customer accounts, so we never store passwords.

3. Why we use it

  • To record and fulfil your order, contact you about it and keep accounting records (performance of a contract and legal obligation).
  • To keep the website secure and working (legitimate interest).
  • We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising profiles.

4. Data stored on your device

Your wishlist, shopping bag, display currency and cookie choice are saved in your own browser’s local storage. They stay on your device and are not sent to us until you place an order. See the Cookie Policy for details.

  • Hosting and database: our cloud hosting provider stores order records on our behalf.
  • Fonts: Google Fonts delivers the typefaces used on this site and receives your IP address.
  • Exchange rates: display currency rates are requested from Frankfurter (European Central Bank reference data).

6. How long we keep data

Order records are kept as long as needed to fulfil the order and to meet legal bookkeeping and tax retention periods. Data on your device stays until you clear it.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, and to complain to your local data-protection authority. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details on the Contact page.

Order data is stored in a private database that only our server can read. Each order receipt can only be opened with a private link created for that order.

Can I place an order?

Yes. Add items to your bag and go to checkout. Your order is saved with server-checked prices and you get an order number and a printable receipt. Online payment isn’t connected yet, so nothing is charged at checkout — we contact you to arrange payment first.

Do I need an account?

No. Sportandem SL is guest-only. Your wishlist and bag are saved in your browser, and each order has its own private receipt link.

Which currency will I pay in?

Euros (EUR). You can view prices in USD, GBP or PLN using daily European Central Bank reference rates, but these are for orientation only.

How much is shipping and how long does it take?

Shipping costs and delivery times aren’t fixed yet. They are confirmed with you for each order before payment — we don’t promise delivery dates in advance.

Is my item reserved when I order?

No. Placing an order doesn’t reserve stock. If something is no longer available, we’ll tell you and you won’t pay for it.

Can I cancel or return an order?

Unpaid orders can be cancelled any time by contacting us with your order number. For delivered orders, EU consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw. See the Refund Policy for details.

Are the product photos real?

Some products currently use illustrative activity photos rather than a photo of the exact item. When that’s the case, it says so on the image.

Do you store my card details?

No. We never ask for or store card numbers on this site.

What data do you keep about me?
