1. Before payment

Live payment is not yet available, so no money is taken when you place an order. You can cancel an unpaid order at any time by contacting us with your order number.

2. Your right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. This statutory right applies in addition to any policy below.

3. Condition of returned items

Please return items unused, complete and in their original packaging where possible. You may be responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect the item.
